At this point in my life I am... 1. In my 7th year of college, preparing to graduate on May 12th. 2. A confused Christian in the transition of finding a new church to call home. 3. Living in a very small town in central Indiana. 4. Staying at home with my son instead of working outside the home, though there's never an idle or dull moment. 5. Hungry as heck, but resisting a refrigerator raid because I mowed down a Big N Tasty in class earlier. 6. The Vice-President of our Writer's Club at my college, preparing to work on our annual publication. 7. In the middle of writing an article for the school paper about the Indiana Supreme Court's upcoming visit to our college. Yay! 8. In the middle of writing an article for the local newspaper about a more controversial telecommunications issue. 9. Preparing my presentation for a conference I will be speaking at next Friday. 10. Getting paranoid someone is presently looking in my office window because I'm hearing strange noises. (The neighbors claim someone has been slicing their tires at night and taking pics of their house, so I'm on the lookout.) 11. Anxious to go to law school. 12. Keeping my fingers crossed that I'll be moving in the next 6 months. 13. Excited about our scrapbook crop fundraiser we are holding Saturday for our upcoming trip to Canada. What's up with the planned trip to Canada? Where is everyone coming???
Cool list. Seven years of school and still hoping for law school eh? That is impressive. Good for you.
Have a great weekend.
Scott
7 yrs of college, I would go crazy. As for in between religions, I am also at a cross roads but I my view is I don't like organized religion anymore. I've gotten fed up with all the bull.
i want to go to canada too- i 'meeting' so many canadian bloggers that post so many beautiful pics. have fun!
Good luck with law school. I spent eight years in undergrad. The first four years getting a degree in journalism with an emphasis in advertising and then getting a biology (pre-med).
I would love to read some of your articles. If you can explain this telecommunications thing to us all, you should win an award!
Have fun at the fundraiser. :)
OOOOO - I like this idea. May give me a way to post at least once a week!
Okay - I clicked on the link, but I don't understand how it works. Confused....
scott: We're going to the Shakespeare festival in Stratford in June. We're really looking forward to it. I can't say I've been to Canada before!
marv: I hope you can, too! It sounds like a fun place to visit.
d.m.: Yes, I know what you mean. There's times I feel like we would be filling the pockets of hypocrites. Then I'd feel guilty for feeling that way. It seems like a no-win situation, so we've removed ourselves for the time being.
vani: I know, there are a lot of people from Canada on here!
angel: Holy cow that's a lot of school. So why the change? That's quite a drastic difference...
teresa: Thanks, I should post some things that I write sometime. I guess I hadn't thought about that!
brea: Which link did you click on...maybe I can explain?
I'm an idiot - I got it. :) Thanks!
